How it works
From your WAV to every store.
- 01
Apply
Tell us who you are and send us your music. We listen to every application.
- 02
Get your portal
If it’s a fit, you get a private artist portal. Only you and our team can open it.
- 03
Upload your release
WAVs, cover art and credits. The portal checks format, artwork, titles and credits as you go, so nothing bounces at the stores.
- 04
We deliver it
Our team reviews it, sends it to the stores and gives you a plan — when to pitch, when to post, what’s next.
- 05
Go live, get paid
One link for every fan. Monthly statements show your streams and your share — yours alone.
What you get
Everything a release needs. Nothing you don’t.
Every major store
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, TIDAL, Deezer and more — delivered by our distribution partner.
Checked before it ships
Audio, artwork and metadata checks on every upload — sample rate, loudness, clipping, cover size, title rules — then a human review.
A plan for every drop
Pitch reminders, a countdown, and a to-do list timed to your release date, in your inbox and your portal.
One link for your fans
A release page that collects “tell me when it’s out” sign-ups, then turns into a listen-everywhere link on release day.
Your numbers, private
Streams by month, store, country and song, and your share of the money. No one else sees yours, and you never see theirs.

Questions
Good to know.
Who can apply?
Independent artists and producers with original music they own — in Kansas City or anywhere else.
How is the money split?
Your split is agreed with you before anything is released. Your portal shows every monthly statement for your music and your share of it, along with every payment we send you.
How far ahead do I upload?
At least three weeks before your release date. Four weeks or more gives you time to pitch the song to Spotify’s editors.
Can other artists see my numbers?
No. Every artist sees only their own releases, streams and earnings. Only you, anyone you ask us to add, and the Key To Lyfe team can open your portal.
Do you need my passwords or bank details?
No. You sign in with a link we email you — there’s no password — and we never ask for bank details or Social Security numbers on this site.
Ready when you are.
Privacy
What we keep, and who sees it.
What we collect
When you apply: your artist name, contact details and the links you send. When you’re an artist with us: your releases (audio, artwork, titles, credits), what you type in your portal, and the figures from the monthly statements for your music. When you sign up on a release link: your email address, for one email on release day.
What we never collect
Passwords (you sign in with an emailed link), bank details, card numbers or Social Security numbers.
Who sees it
Your portal — releases, streams, earnings — is visible only to you, the people you ask us to add, and the Key To Lyfe team. Other artists never see it. Your release files and details go to our distribution partner and the stores so they can publish your music.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Fan emails
